This organization is working hard to ensure healthier people, healthier communities, a more inclusive society, and a more sustainable health care system especially for people and communities facing barriers. We were tasked with creating images that showcased several different locations (Cornwall, Windsor, Toronto, Scarborough, and Welland) spread across Ontario and some of the services they are providing.
